Returns & Exchanges

At JJ Malibu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like swimwear and underwear must have the protective liner intact to be eligible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are clean and free of any signs of wear.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
